Mr dave, the receptionist, was helpful. His english was very good. the location was central, with the airport bus stop across the road. markets were also nearby, and the train station was just a short walk away.

The room felt quite basic and smaller. i noticed a smoke smell. the space design was not ideal. i found the wardrobe a little too tall. It was a challenge to reach the upper shelves.

The room felt VERY clean. a microwave with tableware was in the room, i found this quite useful. the hotel is on a quiet street, so i did not hear much traffic. the mongkok station is a short walk from the hotel. It was quite convenient.

The room was kinda small. It was difficult to open my suitcase completely.

the location is very good and near the metro station.

the pillows were too soft and uncomfortable it was necessary to request harder pillows from the front desk the room felt smaller than the pictures indicated online and i found it difficult to move around with my luggage i heard noise from the hallways.
